We would like to tell your story; from the chronic shoulder pain that stopped your golfing, or the back pain that made life impossible, to the incredible stories of those have come back from fibromyalgia. Your story will help others so please contribute!

Many times its hard to know where to begin, so may I suggest an easy way to tell your story? Try using the Before and After Formula for your statement. It need only be 30 to 60 words, but feel free to write as many as you like.

For Example:

 "Before I started working with Dr. Woods, I was (brief description of pain challenges/struggles/problems and the things in life you enjoy, but pain kept you from doing).

After I started treatment, (brief description of the results you enjoyed since working with us here at Pacific Way Wellness Center).

"I have experienced numbness and tingling in my right shoulder and down my arm my whole life. Dr. Woods fixed it in one visit. In my job, I lift people all the time and I have had back pain because of this. I have had tremendous progress with my back since Dr. Woods started treating me. I can say with confidence she is the best doctor I have ever been to."  - L.P., Seaside
