Welcome to the online wellness class! Our mission is to empower your well-being by teaching you the basics of living a healthy lifestyle. This class is not a substitute for medical care and, if you are not already a patient, does not initiate a doctor/patient relationship.

The Basics:

Real Food, Joyful Motion, Lively Spirit


Lesson 1 - Real Food
Organic produce, grains, beans, nuts, seeds and oils;  Meat, fish, eggs and dairy products from healthy animals eating their natural diet (grass and bugs not GMO soy and corn);  Unprocessed or traditionally processed and fermented foods

Lesson 2 - Joyful Motion

Physical activity you enjoy; dancing to music you love; walking somewhere beautiful; playing; feeling joy in your ability to move through life


Lesson 3 - Lively Spirit

Finding that which makes you feel truly alive and the most like your true self; Consciously taking a moment to lift your spirits when the world is getting you down;  Living with purpose; Making choices which allow you to live your life to the fullest with freedom, joy, purpose and gratitude

Back School - Posture Class
Posture ranks right at the top of the list when you are talking about health. It is as important as eating right, exercising, getting proper rest and avoiding potentially harmful substances. Good posture is a way of doing things with more energy, less stress and fatigue. Without good posture, you cannot really be physically fit.
